Quite coincidentally, however, I happened to see The Game only two days ago, and it was my first viewing. I can imagine that it seemed complex or deep or something when it was released, but in today's context -- America calving off into the sea like a great economic glacier -- it seems almost absurd, if not insulting. Just how far does one have to go to put an insanely rich man in touch with his innerness? On the MF movies, I’ve seen a few, and of those I’ve seen I might quibble with the reviewer’s take.
