How awesome. This New York Times article describes the research Pixar did for their upcoming movie Ratatouille, including how they worked with Thomas Keller, one of America’s finest chefs.

If you have iTunes, you can subscribe to the Ratatouille video podcast which is quite entertaining/enlightening. (Well obviously it should be accessible via any podcast reader but I can’t easily find the RSS link, since they’re trying to make it an “iTunes exclusive.” I’ll see if I can recover it from my iTunes library though.)

Blah, looks like they’re using some special iTunes-only foo, and also have DRMed the video files. Never mind! (I mean, unless you have iTunes.)
