This is one of my favourite industry/ludology blogs. It never falls into the trap of bitching and whining unattractively, which is easy to do, sometimes, considering the subject matter! It still manages to give great commentry on whatever's going on, without going into ranting outbursts, which is a good thing, in my opinion. That said, if you feel you want to go in a different direction, don't let anyone hold you back. It's your site, and your freedom. Don't feel a responsibility to your readers if >you< don't enjoy writing in the particular style they've become accustomed to. It's not like they're paying you money, after all.
