C64 emulator for mobile phone

It was only a matter of time. Someone has written a C64 emulator for the Nokia 3650.

Update: Screw that ugly breadbox: there’s a ZX Spectrum emulator for the Nokia 3650!!!1! The One True 8-Bit Computer!

    Nokia n95 and n96 fullspeed c64 emulator

    Goto http://koti.mbnet.fi/haviital/index.shtml?projects_frodo

    Download http://koti.mbnet.fi/haviital/Frodo/frodo_s60_10.sis

    (or press the website link)

Before installing onto your mobile phone change the date of your phone to 14 october 2007, now install the frodo_s60_10.sis file. After installing change back your mobile phone date to the actual date it is.

Your date is fine now, no problems about the certifacate saying it is not valid anymore when installing.

Without the temporary date change it will not install.

Works full speed, tested on nokia n95 (100%) assume that it will work on higher models too.

Look at the author page to get sound too. Recommended to do just this, when it works get sound library.

    Good luck…

By the way, the J2ME sourceforge c64 emulator is far to slow, this one is full speed.

Just select an included disk file, wait until the c64 types load”$”,8,1 (it types this by itself)
